Fairies Direct ships products to different countries.

General Shipping Information
Shipping is arranged after payment is made and received in full.
Orders are normally shipped within 24 to 48 hours after the full payment is received. This does not include weekend and public holidays.
Shipping Times
Standard shipping times to Capital cities within Australia normally takes between 3 and 5 working days. Other areas further afield can expect delivery between 5 and 12 working days, depending on where in Australia you are.
These shipping times are subject to change as extreme weather events (which is common in Australia), time of the year e.g. Christmas and Easter and other variables may affect it.
Express Shipping is available BUT not to all areas.
International Shipping
The pricing on this site does NOT include shipping costs for international destination.
Please contact us before placing your order for an international shipping quote.
ATL – Authority To Leave
We require a signature upon delivery. If you want to add an ATL, please contact us immediately after the purchase, before we book the courier. We cannot accept responsibility for any loss, theft or damage if you choose to provide an ATL and we cannot provide refunds or replacements.
Limit Waste – Choice To Recycle
We live in a world where waste is created at an alarming rate. Fairies Direct decided to reduce the amount of waste it creates as far as possible. For this reason, we reuse (recycle) packaging material as far as possible. Thank you for supporting our choice to recycle.
Report Missing / Undelivered items and Damaged Items
Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery (or within 24 hours after the Expected Time of Arrival ETO) of any issues with your purchased items. Any claims made after this time will not be considered for compensation.
